From August 24 to 25, the Mental Health Education and Counseling Service Center of the school held a special training on the improvement of counselors' practical skills in psychological crisis intervention in the academic center, and a total of 95 full-time and part-time counselors and mental health education teachers participated in the training。
Training site
The training totaled 16 class hours, rich in content, compact pace and frequent interaction。Experts focused on the core techniques of psychological crisis intervention, such as "questioning, listening, empathy, science popularization, assessment, and finding resources",Focus on solving "depression", "anxiety", "bipolar disorder", "borderline personality disorder" and "suicide scene negotiation" five major problems,The performance and coping strategies of psychological problems were analyzed,Through data presentation, case analysis and group discussion,The situation, inducement and warning signal of psychological crisis are explained one by one。The training also used real cases to conduct on-site simulation training, and experts gave professional guidance and timely feedback to the problems encountered by the counselors and operational details, which significantly improved the practical operation ability and problem solving ability of the counselors in crisis intervention work。At the end of the training, all counselors were assessed。
